Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is only permitted to register one account only one account on the 86000 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, and bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 86000 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 86000 support team immediately. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or anyone else — remains your sole responsibility until a formal report has been submitted to us.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR

All financial transactions on the 86000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to you and have not been obtained illegally or through an unauthorised third party.

Deposit: Every successful deposit credited to your account balance is final. 86000 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems such as processing banks or digital wallet providers. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days upon completion of identity verification. Withdrawals are only permitted to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the 86000 account holder. 86000 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal request.

Cancellations and Disputes: Once a bet is confirmed in the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

86000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

  • The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
  • There is suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse;
  • The user provides false or misleading information during registration or the verification process;
  • The account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity;
  • There are instructions from the relevant authorities to restrict access to the account in question.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be subject to a specific review process before a refund is considered. 86000 will notify the user via their registered email if the account is closed for reasons other than fraud.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the 86000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 86000 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Where the platform contains links to third-party websites, 86000 is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing any third-party link is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

86000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest version.

Continued use of the 86000 platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
